Anders Ahnlid, Director-General for Trade, Sweden’s Ministry for Foreign Affairs
Anders Ahnlid is an experienced expert in the area of international trade and particularly trade policy. Appointed in 2005, he currently serves as the Director-general for Trade in Sweden’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In this function he is responsible for questions relating to EU external trade policy and the EU common market, and he is Sweden’s delegate to the EU Trade Policy Committee. Prior to his current mission, Ahnlid headed the Foreign Ministry’s Department for International Trade Policy and was Minister for Trade and Economic Affairs at the Swedish Embassy in Washington D.C. He was also the Swedish delegate to, and the vice-chair of, the OECD Trade Committee, Sweden’s representative to the Working Party of the Trade Committee, as well as Counselor and Deputy Permanent Representative in Sweden’s Permanent Delegation to the OECD from 1995 to 1998. Ahnlid won his spurs as a negotiator for Sweden and the Nordic Countries at the legendary Uruguay Round (1988-1994), which led to the replacement of GATT by the WTO. At Catwalk 09 in Karlskrona 2009, Ahnlid will address the audience in an opening speech, focusing on trade promotion in general and on initiatives and activities concerning the IT and Telecom sector in particular.
Beth Topolovsky, Managing Partner, Stinson Partners
Beth is the founder and a managing partner of Stinson Partners AB. Stinson Partners specializes in company reconstructions and revitalizations in a style that bridges Silicon Valley culture with that of the Nordic Countries. Stinson Partners focuses on mid-sized venture-backed companies and corporate business units in internet and communication technologies (ICT). Beth is experienced in leading company turnarounds, developing operational efficiencies and strategic product releases. She led three business unit reconstructions within Cisco Systems, and two in mid-sized Swedish companies. Her extensive experience in the ICT sector includes being a co-founder and CEO of Q2 Labs, COO of Transmode Systems AB, COO of Tilgin AB, as well as 13 years in Silicon Valley with Hewlett-Packard, KLA Instruments and Cisco Systems. Beth earned her BSc in Electrical Engineering from San Francisco State University in 1989, and lives and works in Sweden.
Stephen Moore, Managing Director, Motorola Ventures
Stephen is the managing director of Motorola Ventures based in London, UK. Motorola Ventures is a venture capital firm that invests in start-up companies in the ICT sector, whose business ideas complement Motorola’s total business strategy. Prior to his position at Motorola Ventures, Stephen led Motorola's strategic development activities in Mobile Devices Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. Before joining Mobile Devices Stephen was responsible for leading Strategic Alliances across the Global Core Networks Business and for building Motorola’s business for its Seamless Mobility offerings throughout Europe, Middle-East and Africa. Stephen also held roles leading the Intelligence and Strategy teams for the GSM networks business and the Wireless Systems Group on a global level. Stephen is educated to post-graduate level and has undertaken a variety of executive and chartered qualifications.
Viveka Wahlstedt, Chairman, SACC-USA
Viveka is a co-founder, managing partner, and president of Carnegie World Wide, a management consulting and executive search firm. She has extensive experience in international business: she implemented and supervised change management efforts in large international corporations, led several corporate turnarounds and mergers, and launched subsidiaries. Her wide-ranging professional experience covers sectors such as telecommunication, IT systems, wireless communication, but also infrastructure and renewable energy, especially wind turbine and photovoltaic energy. Mrs. Wahlstedt earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial Psychology and an additional Masters Degree in Business Administration from UCLA. She serves as the chairman of the board of the Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce, SACC-USA, and resides in Florida.
Erik Kruse, Strategic Marketing Business Unit Multimedia, Ericsson
Erik currently works as a Strategic Marketing Manager at Ericsson AB. Erik is an expert in consumer behavior, and before his present assignment, he held a position as Senior Expert in Consumer Behavior with Ericsson’s ConsumerLab. Before joining Ericsson in 2000, he worked with future consumer research for Electrolux. Erik’s interest in the human being and her behavior was already reflected in the choice of his studies: undergraduate studies in marketing and psychology at Uppsala university, and graduate studies in marketing at the Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan i Stockholm).
Henrik Pålsson, Vice President & Head of Consumer Lab APAC, Ericsson.
Henrik, currently based in New Delhi, India, has more than 20 years of experience from the telecom and applications business. He is an expert in human-technology interaction including marketing/commercial, cultural/social, psychological/cognitive as well as design/technical aspects. In 1995 he founded ConsumerLab Research Center, in 1998 he established ConsumerLab Consulting, and in 2001 he further expanded ConsumerLab by an enterprise division. Throughout this period, ConsumerLab managed to establish itself as a thought-leader in consumer matters related to Telecom, IT and Media. Henrik graduated with a Master’s Degree in electrical engineering from Lund’s technical University.
Gustaf Cederström, Vice President, Radar Group
As a VP for Radar, Gustaf is in the business of providing profound market insight into local ICT markets to his customers, primarily in the Nordic region. Radar monitors the whole ecosystem to develop the insight of market and trends, from the technology enablers over the partner channel to the end customers. All important parts of a comprehensive local analysis. Radar is a company that performs both analysis and consulting for clients in the ICT business. Gustaf has far-reaching experience of management consulting in the ICT industry. Prior to his involvement with Radar, he was a Sales Executive at Corus Technologies AB, a Sales Director at Information Highway AB, a Pre Sales Director at Adcore AB and a Sales Executive at Business Navigator AB. Gustaf graduated from Lund University in 1989, where he had studied Business and Economics.

Niclas Melin, Portfolio Marketing Business Unit Multimedia, Ericsson
Niclas Melin joined Ericsson in 1995 to work with mediation and has since held a number of positions relating to revenue management and charging. He is currently the marketing director of Ericsson’s charging solutions (revenue management solutions), he is responsible for customer training, product management, sales, and marketing. Ericsson is the market leader in the business of revenue management systems and has integrated more than 1000 solutions in the revenue management domain, including 150 for real-time charging and 400 for mediation. Niclas has an M.S. in computer science and engineering from Lund University, Sweden. Niclas lives in the southern Swedish town of Karlskrona.
Victor Palau, Senior Release Manager, Symbian Foundation
As a senior Release Manager at Symbian, Victor is responsible for managing proactive technical support focused on Symbian’s current and upcoming open source mobile OS’s. Release Management is essential, because if independent third party software developers profit from a smooth and convenient work experience, this contributes to the popularity of the Symbian platform and increases the availability of software applications for that platform. Victor has rich management experience from the telecom and wireless communication sectors. Prior to his current assignment, Victor was a change program manager for Nokia, the head of development for Symbian India, and the head of Engineering Tools at Symbian Ltd. Despite his management positions, with a degree from “Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya” in Telecommunication Engineering, Victor is firmly rooted in the technical side of the business too. He now resides in London, UK, where also the headquarters of the Symbian foundation are located.
Nikolce Stojcevski, Business Development Manager, Fujitsu
In his current position, Nikolce is a Key Account Manager and responsible for developing Fujitsu’s business in southern Sweden. He is an expert on Android, a mobile operating system running on the Linux kernel. Prior to his current position with Fujitsu, Nikolce was a Business Manager with Cybercom, where he was responsible for mobile services. He has extensive experience in Swedish Telecom Industry having worked for auSystems and Teleca. Nikolce studied at Lund University and Kristianstads University, and currently resides in the Malmö area.
Robert Puskaric, VP/Sales Marketing, ST Ericsson
Robert has diverse and profound experience of executive positions in the telecom sector for Ericsson. Before his present position, Robert was the President of Ericsson Danmark A/S, prior to that a VP for Ericsson Mexico, where he was the Key Account Manager (KAM) for the cooperation with Telcel, one of the top ten mobile operators in the world. He was also a VP for Ericsson Sweden, where he was the KAM for Telia Mobile (now TeliaSonera), the largest mobile network operator in Scandinavia. Robert is a graduate of Lund University, where he studied Business administration.
Laura Murcek, Creative in Residence, Exoventure
Laura is a respected leader and developer of premier brands and creative processes for Fortune 500 companies. She has occupied hands-on leadership roles and led multidisciplinary design teams at Mattel and Coach as a Senior Director Product Design & Development and Senior Manager Product Design, respectively. As a strategic consultant, Laura has enjoyed leading product design and organizational transformation for a number of internationally recognized consumer brand companies that include Toys R US, Disney Stores, Mitsubishi for a cellphone project, and most recently for Procter&Gamble in the area of Health & Wellness. Presently, Laura spearheads brand and design initiatives for Marco Rubin's Exoventure Associates LLC, a Washington DC-based advisory firm that provides expert services and solutions in all business areas to promising fast growing ventures. When not traveling to support clients, Laura resides in sunny California, in the greater Los Angeles Area.
Stefan Latt, Founder, Mobility World
Stefan’s current involvement is actually with two companies rather than one. He is the founder of Mobility World, a company that offers revenue-generating mobile data applications to mobile operators, and he is also the Director of Marketing and Sales at The Wireless Factory, a gateway company that provides the infrastructure for mobile payments and digital products distribution. Stefan has extensive experience of business development in the telecom and mobile services sectors, successfully starting up Mobility World, Synapse Mobile Networks, Wireless Factory and certain business operations for Ericsson in the US. In addition, he also performed business development in Sweden for TeliaSonera, Microsoft Mobile, and Sendit (later acquired by Microsoft Mobile). Stefan is a graduate of Stockholm University, and lives in South Florida.
Stephen Spoonamore, CEO, ABS Materials and Serial Entrepreneur
Stephen is considered a leading theorist and innovator of systems involved with compression, digital image management and remote electronic monitoring. True to his label of serial entrepreneur, ABS LLC, the company he now leads, is in yet another business, that of developing and marketing absorbing materials that are used in e.g. chemical spills. In the media, Stephen is most well known as the digital systems security expert who spoke out against electronic voting machines in the US, because of security concerns and more specifically revealed information on how some voting machines were manipulated. As a digital systems security expert he helped develop standards for E-Authentication with the NEEEC/ANSI task force, but he has also served on task forces for the US Army, the UN, UNDP, the Defense Department, the Department of Homeland Security and others. As a serial entrepreneur, Stephen founded und subsequently sold 11 successful companies. Featuring most famously among them is the CPR (Creative Production Resources) Group, which developed television studios, corporate control rooms and technology centers, for clients such as GE, Viacom, Bloomberg, ABC/Disney and the US Army, and received two technical Emmy Awards for its achievements. Stephen Spoonamore is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School. He is admired as a speaker thanks to his ability to present complex and sometimes dry technical issues in a captivating manner, understandable and exciting even to a non-expert audience.
Per Blysa, Business Manager, Mobile Internet Solutions, Cybercom Group
Per is responsible for business development of Mobile Internet Solutions within Cybercom. Per has extensive experience of the ICT industry, working with international marketing, sales and product management. Per has a master of science in electrical engineering from Linköping Institute of Technology. His previous positions were with: Apptus Technologies which delivers search solutions, Appium/Aepona which develops java-based telecom platforms, and with Telelogic/IBM, working with requirements management, systems, software modeling and test tools.
Magnus Zetterberg - CTO, Telenor Sverige
Magnus Zetterberg joined Telenor in December 2008, started with setting up a cross Nordic procurement program inorder to create synergies and cost savings for the Nordic Management Team. From end of February Magnus has worked as CTO for Telenor Sweden with responsiblity for all fixed and mobile technology in Sweden. Before joining Telenor Magnus was CEO for 3GIS the company that build the 3G network in Sweden for Telenor and 3. Magnus join the industry in the early 90th's and has a backgrounf from both Ericsson and Nokia (today NSN) where he has held technical, marketing and sales positions.
Johan Persbeck, Business Manager, Cybercom Group
Johan is Consultant Unit Manager for Cybercom Mobile Internet Solutions and is responsible for the Cybercom operations in Karlskrona. Johan has several years of experience in the Mobile Solutions space from both a technology and business perspective. Johan has previously worked as Technology Advisor and Architect for the Telecom Industry.
Ola Sandström, Senior Consultant, Cybercom Group
Ola is a senior consultant and software architect at Mobile Internet Solutions within Cybercom. He has ten years experience of mobile software development including embedded systems, medical systems, mobile applications and server-side web applications. Ola has a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Lund Institute of Technology, and has been working with companies such as Valtech Sweden, Anoto AB and Covelus Ltd. His favorite disciplines are the business perspective and the high-level architecture of a software service.
Peter Greberg, Service Planner, SonyEricsson
Peter is a Service Planner at Content & Services Sony Ericsson. He has been working with mobile internet solutions for over five years at Sony Ericsson with services such as FOTA (Firmware over the Air), PlayNow and Picture Services. Before he started as a Service Planner he worked as Technical Solution owner and System Architect. Peter has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Lund University. His favorite discipline is the business and marketing perspective which he today uses in his role as product owner.
