Important message to foreign participants regarding VAT
Regulations from 2007 states that all companies that host events and all participants that attend events in Sweden must pay Swedish VAT, regardless if the company or participant is Swedish or foreign. VAT is included in the prices above. Foreign companies may however request a refund from the Swedish Tax Administration using form 5801 together with a copy of the invioce. The cost of VAT must be specified on the invoice. You can find the form here: 5801-Form
