Meet those you would like to do business with in the future
 
Business Matchmaking is designed to help you match your needs with the right competence and consists of pre-booked meetings in 30-minute intervals. To enable you to benefit as much as possible from the meetings, you should actively choose who you want to meet in good time before the event.

Shortly before the event you will receive your personal matchmaking schedule by e-mail and by sms, but be aware that your schedule can be updated at any time prior to and during the event. Once on location, you will meet representatives from the matched companies at individual meeting areas.

Spontaneous Matchmaking
 
 
 
At the event Information Desk, you have the opportunity to make ‘Spontaneous Matchmaking’, which means that you can book meetings on location with someone you have not pre-booked. However, in this case, the person you want to meet might not be available.
 
 
 
How it works
 
 
Step 1: Who do you want to meet?
At See Who’s coming you can read more about registered participants and identify your potential matches.

Step 2: Create your wish list
To the left you can make your selection. Tell us who you would like to meet.

Step 3: Book your meetings
When you enter the "Booking form" you start with choosing the company categories you want to see.
In the company list you can mark the persons you wish to meet during the event. Note that you need to be registered for this to work.
