This customer category includes service companies that do not fit into any of the other categories, such as law firms, advertising agencies and contractor agencies.

Commerce & Restaurant Service
Trade, hotels and restaurants.

Public Sector
Public sector, such as municipality, school, healthcare and administration. This category also includes private healthcare and training companies.

Industry & Energy
Construction, manufacturing and energy companies.

Telecom Suppliers
Companies that provide systems, solutions and terminals for the telecom industry.

Travel & Transport

Transport, travel, logistics and other communications companies.

Operators

Fixed and mobile operators.

Creative Industries
Creative Industries, excluding Commerce & Restaurants, e.g. tourism, computer games and media.

The valuation criteria used to determine which entries will win in each Customer Category.
 
Efficiency 
Assessment: To what extent has the introduction and use of the mobile service affected the efficiency in the operation?
The concept of Efficiency relates to both time savings and quality improvements in a business process. External services will also be assessed by the achievement of the penetration and dispersal of the service.

Positive Environmental Performance

Assessment: To what extent has the introduction and use of the mobile service made a clear contribution to the improvement of the environment?
Improvement of the environment relates to lower power consumption, reduced emissions of harmful substances and increased recycling.

Customer Relations
Assessment: To what extent has the introduction and use of the mobile service affected and improved the contestant’s relation to their customer?
Improved Customer Relations relates to enhanced customer communications and increased access to products/services for the customer.

Innovation and Creativity
Assessment: To what extent has the introduction and use of the mobile service showed examples of new thinking and innovation? New thinking and innovation refers to novelty, idea value and the service's ability to create new patterns, new approach or if the service detects an interesting technical solution.
